At Borishotch Industries / Barking Busts, we take great pride in creating high-quality, detailed 3D-printed dog busts, miniature statues and decorative sculptures. Every piece is produced with care and attention to detail, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We understand that occasionally something may not be quite right. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains your options and how we can help.

1. Returns and Your Right to Cancel

For standard, non-personalised products purchased through our website, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us within the 14-day cancellation period, clearly stating that you wish to cancel your purchase.

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

We ask that returned products are carefully packaged, preferably in their original packaging, to prevent damage during transit.

You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. However, we reserve the right to make a lawful deduction from your refund if the item's value has been reduced through excessive handling.

2. Personalised and Custom-Made Products

Many of our products are created individually, and some may be specifically personalised or customised to a customer's requirements.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, products made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised are generally exempt from the standard 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right.

This may include:

• Dog busts specifically sculpted from photographs of your own pet.
• Personalised sculptures featuring names, inscriptions or other unique details.
• Bespoke designs produced to individual specifications.
• Special commissions created exclusively for a customer.

Important: A product being 3D printed or manufactured after an order is placed does not automatically make it personalised or exempt from cancellation rights.

Standard designs offered through our website remain subject to the normal cancellation rules, even when printed to order.

Personalised and bespoke items cannot normally be returned simply because a customer has changed their mind.

However, this does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

We carefully inspect and package our sculptures before dispatch. However, we recognise that occasionally an item may arrive damaged or develop a fault.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• Your order number.
• A brief description of the problem.
• Clear photographs showing the damage or fault.
• Photographs of the packaging, where relevant.

We will review the information and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights, which may include a replacement, repair or refund.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers generally have a 30-day right to reject goods that are faulty or not as described and receive a refund. Further rights may apply after this period.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied, Borishotch Industries / Barking Busts will cover reasonable return postage costs where a return is required.

4. The Nature of 3D-Printed Products

Our sculptures are created using 3D-printing technology, which allows us to produce intricate details and distinctive designs.

Due to the manufacturing process, some minor variations are normal and do not necessarily constitute defects.

These may include:

• Fine layer lines or subtle surface textures.
• Slight variations in colour or finish.
• Minor differences between individual prints.
• Small variations resulting from finishing processes.

These characteristics are part of the nature of 3D printing and are not automatically considered manufacturing faults.

We make every effort to ensure that product photographs and descriptions accurately represent the finished sculptures.

Any variations must still be consistent with the product description and the standard of quality customers are legally entitled to expect.

5. How to Request a Return

If you would like to return an eligible item, please contact Borishotch Industries / Barking Busts through the contact details provided on our website.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return, if applicable.

We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Please ensure that your sculpture is securely packaged to protect delicate features such as ears, noses and other fine details during transportation.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us for the correct return instructions.

6. Return Postage Costs

For standard items returned because you have changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return postage.

Where goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will cover reasonable return costs in accordance with UK consumer law.

Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law when an eligible order is cancelled.

If you selected a premium delivery service, we are only required to refund the equivalent standard delivery charge.

7. Refunds

Once we have received your returned item, or appropriate evidence that it has been sent back, we will process any refund due in accordance with applicable consumer law.

For eligible change-of-mind cancellations, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of their return, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in your account.

Where a refund is due for faulty goods, it will be handled in accordance with your statutory rights.

8. Exchanges and Replacements

If you have received the wrong product, or your sculpture has arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us so that we can discuss an appropriate replacement or other remedy.

For change-of-mind exchanges of standard products, please contact us to discuss the available options.

Personalised or bespoke products are not normally eligible for change-of-mind exchanges, although your statutory rights remain unaffected.

9. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.

For standard, non-personalised products, your statutory cancellation rights apply even if production has already begun.

For genuinely personalised or bespoke products, cancellation may not be possible once the order has been accepted. Please contact us promptly, and we will advise whether cancellation can be accommodated.
