Standing over eight feet tall and weighing several hundred pounds, they combine the raw strength and agility of great apes with a nearly impenetrable defense, making them a unique blend of brute force and resilience.

Armored Apes are typically encountered in dense jungles, ancient ruins, or regions where powerful druids, wizards, or other forces of magic have tampered with nature.
