This is a Highly detailed miniature of a Choot for Dungeons & Dragons.

This model was created by Schlossbauer who makes amazingly accurate models of the Monster Manual creatures and provided by Commercial Licence.

In Dungeons & Dragons, a Choot is a creature introduced in the Explorer's Guide to Wildemount, an official sourcebook for the game. They are a type of alien, planar being native to the world of Exandria, existing in the far-flung regions of the world’s multiverse. These creatures are often seen as a mix of insectoid and demon-like characteristics, with a grotesque and unsettling appearance that can induce fear in those who encounter them. Their bodies are typically twisted and unnatural, resembling both large, many-limbed insects and otherworldly predators.

Choots are typically associated with an ancient and dark presence known as the Betrayer Gods, and they often manifest in the world when their summoning rituals are invoked. They are sentient beings capable of intelligent thought and communication, though their motives are often unclear. They possess an intense drive to hunt and destroy, often causing chaos and destruction wherever they appear.

In combat, Choots are formidable foes. Their abilities include the use of venomous and powerful attacks, capable of paralyzing or poisoning their victims. They also often have some form of psychic power, manipulating the minds of their prey to induce fear or confusion, making them particularly dangerous in battle.

While they are not commonly encountered by adventurers, the mere possibility of one appearing is enough to instill dread. A Choot’s true purpose, however, is not always clear, and it may serve as an agent of something greater, such as an ancient evil force or a deity seeking to manipulate the world through fear and power. Their unpredictable nature and frightening appearance make them an excellent choice for DMs looking to introduce an element of mystery or danger into their campaigns.
