It's the larval stage of the dreaded Hellwasp, a fiendish insectoid monstrosity known for its sadistic nature and deadly attacks. The Hellwasp Grub resembles a large, bloated maggot with a shiny, chitinous exterior and writhing tendrils protruding from its segmented body.
