A Siberian Husky is a medium-sized working dog breed originally developed by the Chukchi people of Siberia to pull sleds over long distances in harsh, cold climates. They are well-known for their striking appearance, which often includes a thick double coat, erect triangular ears, and distinctive facial markings. Their coat can come in a variety of colors, including black, gray, red, and pure white, and their eyes may be brown, blue, or even one of each—a trait called heterochromia.

Huskies are highly energetic and athletic dogs, bred for endurance rather than speed, which makes them excellent companions for active individuals or families who can meet their exercise needs. They have a strong pack instinct, are social, and generally friendly with people and other dogs.
