This is a Highly detailed miniature of a Dewdrop Jelly.

This model was created by Schlossbauer who makes amazingly accurate models of the Monster Manual creatures and provided by Commercial Licence.

A Dewdrop Jelly in Dungeons & Dragons is a small, elusive ooze that dwells in damp, shaded environments such as forest glades, hidden grottos, and dew-laden meadows. Unlike the more aggressive and acidic varieties of oozes found in subterranean lairs, the Dewdrop Jelly is a more passive creature, often mistaken for a cluster of glistening morning dew or a patch of wet moss. Its body is semi-translucent, shimmering with faint iridescence that reflects ambient light in a way that blends perfectly into natural surroundings. The creature rarely grows larger than a small melon and is nearly weightless, able to cling to leaves, bark, or stone with ease.

Despite its docile nature, the Dewdrop Jelly is far from harmless. It survives by absorbing moisture and ambient magical energy from its environment, which gives it a faint aura of enchantment. Creatures that come too close may experience mild hallucinations, euphoric sensations, or drowsiness—effects that help the jelly feed undisturbed. Druids and fey creatures often regard the Dewdrop Jelly with curiosity or reverence, as its presence is believed to mark areas of strong natural magic or unspoiled wilderness. Some scholars speculate that these creatures are drawn to ley lines or hidden crossings into the Feywild, serving as natural guardians or sentinels for ancient pathways.

In combat, the Dewdrop Jelly is not a significant threat unless disturbed. It defends itself by releasing a cloud of soporific mist or secreting a numbing slime that causes confusion and lethargy. Adventurers who encounter one might initially ignore it or attempt to harvest its residue, which can be used in potions that induce calm or trance-like states. However, disturbing a colony may provoke a defensive reaction or draw the attention of territorial woodland spirits. As a magical creature born of harmony rather than aggression, the Dewdrop Jelly exemplifies the more mysterious and gentle side of the natural world in Dungeons & Dragons.
