This is a Highly detailed miniature of an Ettin for Dungeons & Dragons.

An Ettin is a massive, two-headed giant renowned for its incredible strength, relentless endurance, and terrifying unpredictability. Once believed to be ordinary giants twisted by an ancient curse or the corrupting influence of dark magic, Ettins have become savage hunters that roam remote mountains, dense forests, and desolate hills. Although brutish and uncivilized, they are far more dangerous than their crude appearance suggests, as their twin heads allow them to remain constantly alert and surprisingly difficult to outwit.
Standing between thirteen and fifteen feet tall, an Ettin possesses a broad, heavily muscled body capable of overwhelming almost any humanoid opponent. Its thick, weathered skin ranges from muddy brown to grey or pale blue, scarred by countless battles and years of harsh living. Two distinct heads rise from a single enormous torso, each with its own personality, voice, and temperament. One head may be suspicious and cautious while the other is reckless and aggressive, often arguing aloud even during combat. Tangled hair, uneven beards, broken tusks, and crude ornaments fashioned from bones, skulls, and scavenged trophies give the creature a fearsome appearance. It typically wears ragged furs, stitched hides, and pieces of looted armour that barely cover its immense frame.
In battle, an Ettin is a devastating opponent. It commonly wields enormous clubs, axes, maces, or even uprooted trees, swinging separate weapons with each hand in a relentless barrage of crushing attacks. Its greatest advantage is the constant awareness provided by its two heads. While one watches for danger, the other focuses on attacking, making it almost impossible to surprise or flank. Even while one head sleeps, the other remains awake, allowing the Ettin to stand watch without ever becoming truly vulnerable.
Although not particularly intelligent, Ettins possess a brutal cunning. They establish crude lairs in caves, ruined towers, or abandoned fortresses, where they hoard stolen treasure, livestock, and weapons. They often ambush travellers, raid isolated villages, or hire themselves out as mercenaries to stronger monsters willing to tolerate their constant bickering.
In a Dungeons & Dragons campaign, an Ettin is a memorable and challenging foe that combines immense physical power with the unique tactical advantage of its two independent minds. Whether encountered as a solitary marauder, a monstrous bodyguard, or the leader of a band of raiders, an Ettin is a fearsome embodiment of savage strength and relentless aggression.
This model is 51.20mm tall at 32mm scale.
