A Light Element Celestial Archer in Dungeons & Dragons is a radiant outsider formed from the distilled essence of positive energy and divine purpose. Unlike typical celestials who are born of higher planar societies, this being is an embodiment of luminous judgment—an animate convergence of sunlight, oath, and sacred warfare. It often manifests as a tall, armored figure with sweeping feathered wings and a helm that obscures its face in shadow, as if mortal eyes cannot fully perceive its brilliance. Its form appears sculpted from pale, marble-like light, with glowing seams tracing along its armor like veins of dawn.

The Celestial Archer serves lawful good deities of justice, vigilance, and retribution. It is not a wandering guardian but a summoned executor, dispatched when a sacred site is defiled or when fiends manipulate mortal realms from afar. In combat, it wields a bow formed from hardened radiance, drawing arrows of pure light from an invisible quiver. These radiant shafts deal radiant damage rather than piercing, bypassing resistance to nonmagical attacks and burning with intensified power against fiends, undead, and creatures of shadow. On a critical strike, its arrows may erupt in a flare of brilliance, forcing nearby enemies to make a Constitution saving throw or be blinded.

Mechanically, it would function as a mid- to high-CR celestial, resistant or immune to radiant damage, resistant to necrotic, and capable of emitting bright light in a substantial radius. It can cast spells such as daylight, guiding bolt, and banishment, reflecting its role as both sentinel and divine sniper.
