This is a highly detailed miniature of a Minotaur.

This model was created by Crossel who makes amazingly accurate models of the Monster Manual creatures and provided by kind permission.

A Minotaur in Dungeons & Dragons is a hulking, bull-headed humanoid whose very presence evokes the thunder of hooves in stone corridors. Born of ancient curses, savage bloodlines, or extraplanar corruption depending on the setting, minotaurs combine brutal physical power with an uncanny instinct for navigating enclosed spaces. Broad-shouldered and towering, they possess thick fur, massive curving horns, and a powerful bovine muzzle often scarred from countless battles. Their musculature is dense and heavy, built for charging impact rather than finesse.

Minotaurs are most famously associated with labyrinths. Whether magically bound to guard twisting mazes or culturally drawn to fortified strongholds and underground halls, they exhibit an innate sense of direction that allows them to track prey through complex terrain without becoming lost. In mechanical terms, many minotaurs possess abilities such as Labyrinthine Recall, enabling perfect memory of paths traveled, and a Charge trait that allows them to deal devastating extra damage after moving in a straight line toward a target. A successful gore attack can knock enemies prone, setting them up for crushing follow-up strikes with greataxes or heavy hammers.

While often portrayed as monstrous brutes aligned with chaos or evil, minotaurs are not universally villainous. In some campaign worlds they exist as proud warrior cultures, valuing strength, honor, and endurance. Their society may revolve around martial achievement, ancestral rites, and contests of dominance. Those exiled or cursed can become solitary marauders, haunted by rage and isolation.

Defensively, a minotaur’s thick hide and natural resilience make it difficult to bring down. High Strength and Constitution scores, proficiency with heavy weapons, and intimidation-based presence define their battlefield role. Whether encountered as a dungeon guardian, tribal champion, or wandering sellsword, a minotaur is a force of momentum and fury—an unstoppable charge given living form.

This model is 53.16mm tall at 32mm scale.
