This is a Highly detailed miniature of a Zombie Hamster for Dungeons & Dragons.

This model was created by Schlossbauer who makes amazingly accurate models of the Monster Manual creatures and provided by Commercial Licence.

In Dungeons & Dragons (D&D), a Zombie Hamster is a quirky yet potentially dangerous creature that combines the cuteness of a hamster with the undead menace of a zombie. These creatures are typically created through necromantic magic, where dark rituals or curses infuse deceased hamsters with unnatural life.

Physically, Zombie Hamsters appear much like regular hamsters at first glance, with their small size and furry bodies. However, their fur is often matted and decaying, and their eyes glow with an eerie, faint light instead of the usual bright, lively gaze. Their movements are jerky and uneven, betraying their undead nature.

In terms of behavior, Zombie Hamsters exhibit a blend of animalistic instincts and the mindless drive of undead creatures. They retain some semblance of their former habits, such as gnawing on objects and seeking food, but with a macabre twist. These creatures are attracted to warmth and living creatures, driven by an insatiable hunger that compels them to attack and feed on any living beings they encounter.

Encounters with Zombie Hamsters can be unexpected and unsettling, especially in environments where one might least expect to find such creatures, such as abandoned wizard laboratories or cursed pet shops. Despite their diminutive size, their numbers can pose a threat when they swarm, overwhelming adventurers with sheer numbers and their relentless attacks.

Defeating a Zombie Hamster typically requires tactics that exploit their undead vulnerabilities, such as radiant damage or spells that specifically target undead creatures. Once defeated, their remains often crumble into foul-smelling dust, leaving behind only a lingering sense of unease at encountering such a bizarre and unsettling fusion of innocence and horror in the world of Dungeons & Dragons.
