This is a Hueforge 3D Art of a German Wirehaired Pointer.

A German Wirehaired Pointer is a versatile hunting dog breed developed in Germany during the late nineteenth century to be an all-purpose gun dog. It was bred to point and retrieve game both on land and in water, capable of handling rough terrain and cold weather. The breed has a distinctive wiry, weather-resistant coat that provides protection from thorns and harsh conditions. Typically, the coat is a mix of liver and white, with a dense undercoat and coarse outer hair that gives the dog a rugged appearance. The face usually features a strong beard and bushy eyebrows, adding to its characteristic expression.

German Wirehaired Pointers are medium to large dogs, athletic and well-muscled, with an alert, intelligent, and energetic temperament. They form close bonds with their owners and thrive when given plenty of exercise, mental stimulation, and outdoor activity. Known for their determination and stamina in the field, they are also affectionate family companions when properly trained and socialized. Because of their working heritage, they need consistent training and a clear purpose, as they can become restless or mischievous if under-stimulated.
