This Bust is 15cm tall. 

A Leonberger is a large, powerful dog breed known for its striking appearance and gentle temperament. Originating in Germany in the 19th century, it was created by crossing Saint Bernards, Newfoundlands, and Great Pyrenees to produce a dog that resembled a lion—hence the name, inspired by the city of Leonberg and the breed’s lion-like mane. Adult Leonbergers are impressively large, with males typically weighing between 110–170 pounds (50–77 kg) and females slightly smaller. They often stand 26–31 inches (66–79 cm) tall at the shoulder.

Leonbergers have a thick, double coat that is medium to long, water-resistant, and usually comes in shades of lion-yellow, red, red-brown, or sandy. They have a distinctive black mask on the face and expressive, intelligent eyes. Their appearance is both majestic and friendly, combining strength with elegance.

Temperament-wise, Leonbergers are known as gentle giants. They are affectionate, social, and good with children, making them excellent family dogs. They are intelligent and trainable but require consistent, positive reinforcement. Because of their size and strength, early socialization and training are essential.

These dogs are active and enjoy outdoor activities, swimming, and play, but they are not hyperactive. They do best with regular exercise to maintain their health and happiness. Leonbergers have a lifespan of around 8–10 years, and due to their large size, they may be prone to hip dysplasia and certain heart conditions.
